The role
Position: Associate Attorney focused on collection litigation and enforcement of creditors’ rights.
Handle complex matters across Wisconsin and neighboring states, including Iowa, Michigan, Tennessee, and Minnesota.
Represent a diverse client base such as banks, credit unions, healthcare organizations, insurers, medical providers, auto lenders, and other commercial entities.
Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment to analyze, strategize, and advocate in court and related proceedings.
Requires an active Wisconsin bar, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency with computer applications.
