The role
Lead the consolidation of financials for a multi-entity organization, including eliminations and intercompany activity.
Prepare and review GAAP-compliant footnotes and cash flow statements for internal and external reporting.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and subsidiary ledgers.
Coordinate with operations to capture financial impacts of activities and support expansion of audit scope.
Mentor accounting staff, develop technical depth, and drive process improvements across the team.
Conduct accounting research, provide guidance on complex topics, and ensure adherence to policies and controls.
