The role
Own and deliver multiple residential projects from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring schedule adherence and strong margins.
Own and protect project budgets and gross margins while leading scheduling and field execution in Buildertrend.
Oversee subcontractors, field supervisors, RFIs, and change orders; ensure documentation accuracy.
Conduct site inspections, enforce quality control, safety, and operational standards.
Lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
Requirements include 7–10+ years in residential construction with 5+ years managing full-cycle projects and P&L; experience with $3M+ annual volume preferred.
