The role
Partner with Product, Finance, Payments, Security, Risk, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to drive impact through data-driven decisions.
Develop and deploy machine learning models, conduct statistical analyses, and apply optimization to key business processes.
Design, run, and analyze experiments, including causal inference designs, to quantify effects and inform strategy.
Translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations that improve product, reliability, and financial outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to build data products, monitor model performance, and adjust thresholds in production.
Bring a builder’s mindset, strong communication, and attention to detail to manage multiple projects and deliver impact.
