The role
Design and model novel superconducting quantum devices, including qubits, readout, and control schemes.
Create and validate high-fidelity simulations of quantum processors and their subsystems.
Develop scalable hardware concepts and experimental plans to push the limits of superconducting quantum computing.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to translate customer needs into robust hardware and software solutions.
Leverage a track record of original scientific contributions and/or software development experience.
Demonstrate strong organization and communication skills to deliver projects on time.
