The role
Inbound consultations with pre-qualified prospects are conducted to diagnose issues and determine the path forward.
Close retained matters using a proven consultative framework and guide families toward retention.
No billables, no case management after retention, and no litigation or court appearances.
Work with a dedicated intake team that books appointments and qualifies prospects for you.
Track pipeline and KPIs (close rate, follow-up activity, retained revenue) to drive performance.
Office-based role in Irvine, CA with base salary plus uncapped commissions and OTE over $200K.
