The role
Based in Singapore or Los Angeles, lead the global Industrial Engineering function to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes.
Develop and standardize methods for line balancing, time and motion studies, capacity modeling, and material flow.
Drive throughput, bottleneck removal, and improved asset utilization (OEE) through data-driven analysis and KPI-led oversight.
Identify automation and intralogistics opportunities and collaborate with automation teams to integrate solutions.
Advance flow modeling, digital twins, and analytics to support investment decisions and continuous improvement.
Build a high-performing IE organization, coach teams, and lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across manufacturing and distribution.
