The role
As an Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of existing customers in the data center and interconnection space, guiding their success.
Develop tailored account plans to align solutions with business objectives and monitor health and usage trends to mitigate churn.
Lead renewals and expansions, delivering accurate quotes and compelling proposals while negotiating terms.
Perform site tours and coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve issues and ensure a superior customer experience.
Collaborate with sales support, operations, and product teams to address risks and drive growth.
Operate in a hybrid work setting with travel as needed, placing customer outcomes and operational excellence at the forefront.
