The role
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, workplace injuries, and other tort claims.
Conduct case investigations, legal research, and case evaluations to determine viable claims and strategies.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements to advance client interests.
Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations, advocating for maximum compensation.
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel while maintaining detailed case records and deadlines.
Provide regular updates to clients and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.
