The role
The role supports the planning, delivery, and coordination of special events for Transport for Wales, focusing on customer information plans, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to ensure safe and efficient rail services during busy periods. The apprentice will assist in maintaining event management strategies, monitoring service impacts, and supporting communication efforts across various channels. They will be involved in data collection and review to help improve service quality and customer satisfaction. The position requires good organisational, communication, and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates must hold the relevant right to work in the UK and be available to start in early September 2026. The apprenticeship lasts for two years, with full training and development opportunities included.
