Provide hands-on support on Continuous Improvement projects and tasks.
Assist in creating and analyzing Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
Develop labor standards and performance measurement reporting.
Conduct workflow analysis and document manufacturing steps.
Support production planning and map customer requirements for planning tools.
Work in an entry-level manufacturing environment, applying basic statistics and problem-solving.
