The role
Lead fleet operations for a growing engineering contractor, overseeing trucks, heavy equipment, and construction vehicles.
Manage preventative maintenance, repairs, and ensure timely service to maximize equipment availability.
Ensure BIT inspections, CARB compliance, and Clean Truck Check are completed and accurately documented.
Monitor fuel usage and maintenance costs, and optimize fleet expenses while maintaining precise service records.
Collaborate with operations and dispatch, vendors, and service providers to support project needs.
Uphold fleet safety standards and drive continuous improvements in processes and accountability.
