The role
Negotiate and draft a broad spectrum of domestic and international commercial agreements, including SaaS licensing and IP-related deals.
Provide business-focused legal guidance and risk analysis to cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
Evaluate risks and opportunities associated with developing, procuring, and using artificial intelligence technologies.
Support a global sales organization, delivering practical advice to optimize commercial outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with management and stakeholders, delivering timely updates and win-win solutions.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing accuracy, collaboration, and continuous learning.
