The role
As a Senior ML Engineer in the Safety Experience program, you will design, implement, and deploy ML solutions that enhance safety-related systems.
Build and productionize large-scale models, including embedding, multi-modal architectures, and techniques for similarity detection and digital watermarking.
Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle—from data preparation and training to monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate long-term product goals into iterative, measurable deliverables and scalable moderation tooling.
Foster technical excellence, empathy, and an inclusive culture while ensuring production readiness and robust reliability.
This is a hybrid role based in San Mateo, CA with onsite presence most weekdays.
