The role
A Construction Manager is required in Sunderland to lead on-site delivery of critical power projects, managing logistics and subcontractors while liaising with clients. The role involves collaborating with project teams to execute complex designs and ensure project compliance and safety standards. Essential skills include construction management experience, SMSTS/CSCS certification, and excellent safety knowledge. The candidate must be willing to travel within the UK and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
