The role
As a Construction Estimator, you will forecast costs for residential renovation projects, covering interior and exterior work.
You will develop comprehensive budgets, including materials, labor, equipment, and related expenses, updating them as parameters evolve.
You will prepare bids and proposals, collaborating with sales and project teams to align with client needs and capabilities.
You will source quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiate terms, and select cost-effective options.
You will conduct site visits across Southern California (expect 2+ days weekly) and manage contractor networks, onboarding and feedback.
You will analyze completed projects to improve estimation accuracy and provide regular financial performance reports to leadership.
