Voice & Data Analyst
Lead the maintenance, implementation, and delivery of Voice & Data Network services across the organisation. Act as the technical lead for transformation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered accurately and efficiently. Resolve incidents promptly and provide cross-functional support across all business areas. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service delivery standards. Uphold security and governance by complying with Cyber Essentials, NIST, ISO 27001, and CRH policies. Develop governance frameworks, processes, and keep technical and procedural documentation accurate and up-to-date.
