The role
The Business Development Enablement Manager at BDO UK is responsible for planning and executing business development initiatives aligned with growth priorities within a defined area. The role involves managing partner routines, developing local strategies, and ensuring stakeholder engagement and follow-through. This position requires strong skills in stakeholder management, planning, and metrics utilisation to enhance business development activities. The manager acts as a change agent, promoting adoption of routines and delivering insights to optimise performance. Collaboration with internal teams such as Campaigns, Content, Digital, and Design ensures alignment of messaging and timing. Key responsibilities include designing plans, leading routines, capturing feedback, and analysing KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
