Group Accountant – Glasgow

The Group Accountant is responsible for managing and reporting the financial consolidation and performance of the group, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of consolidated financial information. This role oversees group-wide financial reporting processes, prepares consolidated financial statements, and supports budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities. The Group Accountant works closely with the Accounting Team to maintain consistent accounting practices, monitor intercompany transactions, and ensure adherence to GAAP and internal controls. The position contributes to continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting processes across the group. It plays a key part in statutory and management reporting, maintaining a robust control environment, and supporting strategic financial decision-making across the organisation.
