The role
The physiotherapist will act as an expert MSK clinician within primary care, delivering supported self-management programmes to empower patients. They will collaborate with GPs, PCNs and stakeholders to streamline care pathways and maintain thorough clinical documentation to track patient outcomes. The role requires adaptability to evolving primary care demands, confident decision-making and excellent communication skills. Candidates should hold HCPC registration and a BSc in Physiotherapy, with postgraduate or master's qualifications preferred.
