The role
Lead HR strategies and programs across employee relations, onboarding, disciplinary actions, staffing, and training.
Partner with plant leadership to align HR with business goals and oversee the HR team.
Manage performance reviews, coaching, and recognition while ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
Serve as a liaison between employees and management, administering policies via handbooks and training.
Mentor supervisors on people management, lead leadership development and workforce planning, and support cross-functional initiatives.
This on-site role requires strong communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.
