The role
An MSK Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience is sought to provide expert assessment, treatment, and management of musculoskeletal conditions for military personnel in Portsmouth. The role involves acting as a clinical lead within multidisciplinary teams and delivering specialised therapy programmes based on evidence-based practice. Candidates must be HCPC registered, a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists, and have at least four years' experience, including a band 7 or equivalent leadership role. Responsibilities include conducting sophisticated physiotherapeutic assessments, planning individualised treatments, and guiding junior colleagues. The position requires strong clinical reasoning skills, proficiency with complex physiotherapy equipment, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
