The role
Based in Royersford, PA, plan, schedule, and manage daily delivery routes for a distribution center.
Lead a driver team, focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, and delivery efficiency to meet customer service goals.
Monitor driver performance and route effectiveness daily using GEOTAB; drive continuous improvement.
Ensure SOP adherence and safe operation across all delivery activities; manage dispatch and routing.
Collaborate across teams with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
Expect flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support operations.
