The role
Supports planning and forecasting processes by developing and analyzing budgets and forecasts against plan.
Investigates variances, researches discrepancies, and communicates findings with recommendations to unit leadership.
Develops operational, profitability, expense, and liquidity analyses along with key performance metrics.
Improves financial modeling and processes to enhance efficiency and accurately capture evolving business economics and structure.
Performs ad-hoc analyses across the organization (e.g., scheduling efficiency, supply chain optimization, IT strategy) and supports quarterly forecasts and the annual operating budget.
Provides training for Financial Analysts, collaborates with leaders, and prepares regular financial reports.
