The role
As a UX/UI Designer Consultant, you will translate complex workforce challenges into intuitive, user-centered designs for enterprise clients.
Plan and conduct user research across information architecture, interviews, and focus groups, then synthesize findings into personas and user journeys.
Create user-friendly assets including wireframes, flows, high-fidelity prototypes, journey maps, and design specifications aligned with brand guidelines.
Shape design solutions around client technology capabilities (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce) to ensure configurable and maintainable implementations.
Collaborate with front-end developers to deliver precise visual specs, validate designs through usability testing, and iterate quickly.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in interaction/product design, proficiency with Figma and Adobe CC, and a proven ability to design for desktop and mobile with accessible, usable interfaces.
