The role
This Cyber Security Trainee role is part of a placement programme in Dudley for individuals with no IT experience.
You will complete accredited online training (CompTIA A+, Network+) with tutor support and practical labs.
Hands-on practice and theory build the skills needed to be productive in an entry-level IT or security role.
You will sit official exams (CompTIA A+ and Network+, with the option to pursue Security+ later) to gain recognised certifications.
On completion, you are placed in an IT Technician role (£18k–£25k) with a clear path to cybersecurity work.
The programme includes a job guarantee on completion (or 100% refund under terms) and flexible pacing with recruitment support toward cybersecurity roles with typical salaries around £35k.
