The role
Lead and deliver HR outsourcing engagements for nonprofit clients, handling benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, leave management, onboarding, offboarding, and policy administration.
Develop and apply HR outsourcing processes and best practices to ensure accurate, timely client support.
Mentor and supervise internal staff to uphold service quality and alignment with standards.
Contribute to client projects, including scoping, implementation, and ongoing support, on-site or remotely.
Identify operational issues, propose process improvements, and maintain accurate payroll and HR data with robust reporting.
Support business development by identifying opportunities, assisting with proposals, pricing, and change orders, and staying current with HR trends and certifications.
