The role
Provide face-to-face customer support in a fast-paced retail environment, updating existing accounts and setting up new customer profiles.
Assist with customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction; inform customers of promotions and deals.
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to resolve issues and drive value.
Learn business terminology to deliver effective marketing presentations and product knowledge.
Collaborate as part of a team with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
On-site role requiring 18+, reliable transportation, and a positive attitude, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities.
