The role
Architect and expand core data products that scale the Ads business, envisioning how data elements from multiple sources fit together and executing the plan.
Fully own critical portions of Ads data products; collaborate with stakeholders to model tables, apply best practices in data warehousing, and deliver large-scale data processing solutions for timely, high-quality data.
Partner with Analytics Engineers, Data Scientists, and Software Engineers to create data products that serve analytics, ML, and reporting needs intuitively.
Develop governance practices for datasets containing sensitive information and ensure privacy and compliance.
Build strong, collaborative partnerships with data scientists and ML practitioners and advocate for data quality and measurable business impact.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate autonomy, and deliver maintainable, clean code while mentoring teammates when appropriate.
