The role
Earn while you learn on a 3.5-year degree apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience across warehousing, health and safety, human resources, and continuous improvement.
Attend block-release sessions at Sheffield Hallam University and work towards a fully funded degree in Professional Supply Chain Leadership.
Follow a bespoke training plan with a dedicated mentor, regular progress reviews, and opportunities to lead and support your own team.
Start with a competitive salary around £21,200 per year, with annual increases, plus 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and options to buy extra days.
The degree is fully funded, with additional benefits including discounts, Cycle to Work, and a workplace pension.
