The role
Lead research and prototyping of reusable generative CV algorithms for multimedia workflows.
Design, train, post-train and fine-tune models (diffusion/autoregressive) for media generation and related tasks.
Orchestrate data curation, annotation, distributed training across GPUs, and robust evaluation.
Mentor junior scientists and define impactful research directions; collaborate with ML engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
Push the state of the art while expanding into adjacent domains as business needs evolve.
Deliver production-ready solutions and contribute to publications and knowledge sharing.
