The role
Lead cutting-edge AI research across frontier LLMs, embedding models, and rerankers to improve unstructured data search and retrieval.
Advance information retrieval and LLM agent paradigms, with a focus on end-to-end deployment at scale.
Collaborate closely with research scientists and engineers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
Drive innovation in RAG, semantic search, and domain-specific embeddings for real-world applications.
Navigate the full lifecycle from hypothesis and experimentation to evaluation, iteration, and deployment.
Contribute to a high-impact AI research program requiring deep ML/NLP expertise and distributed training know-how.
