The role
Lead a PM shift operations team focused on advancing autonomous delivery technology from ideation to commercialization.
Manage a shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM MST) overseeing autonomous testing, incidents, and field participation.
Communicate status updates to key stakeholders and ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues.
Serve as the escalation path for field incidents, with onsite presence as required by severity, balancing safety, cost, and performance.
Become an expert in the autonomous technology, track changes, and translate them into actionable improvements.
Drive and contribute to key metrics through proactive analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
