The role
This is a part-time inbound customer service role based in Nottingham city centre, handling various incoming calls for a diverse range of clients. The position involves providing professional, friendly, and efficient assistance, relaying information clearly and accurately, and delivering excellent customer service in every interaction. Candidates should be reliable, enthusiastic about customer service, and capable of multitasking in a busy environment. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, with previous call centre experience beneficial but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
