The role
A Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Officer supports the organisation's governance frameworks, risk processes, and compliance activities in St Athan. The role involves coordinating governance board meetings, maintaining document control systems, and supporting enterprise risk management frameworks to ensure legal and regulatory compliance. The individual will assist with ISO-certified systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and support internal and external audits. Responsibilities also include data collection for carbon reporting and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates should have experience in governance, risk, or quality roles, strong organisational skills, and familiarity with regulated environments and ISO standards. The role demands excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
