The role
Full-time IT Support Technician I based on-site in Boise, ID.
Provide hands-on hardware, software, and OS support for internal teams and customers.
Disassemble and reassemble PCs; proficient in Mac OS X and Windows environments.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve multiple tickets, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Assist with network and server management tasks, including DNS, IP, DHCP, and SMTP configurations.
Collaborate with the team, communicate clearly, and pursue opportunities for professional development and certifications.
