The role
Full-time Transportation Specialist responsible for safely operating a 44-passenger MFSAB and a 15-passenger van on designated routes.
Maintain on-time schedules, conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and monitor passenger behavior to ensure a safe environment.
Complete required paperwork, including accident and mileage reports, and perform basic vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
Collaborate with school staff and adhere to strict timetables, adapting to schedule changes and emergencies.
Report daily to the Director of Facilities and support other Facilities duties as needed.
Must hold or quickly obtain a Texas CDL-B with P, S, and air brake endorsements, have a clean driving record, and demonstrate strong safety and problem-solving skills.
