Customer Service Representative - Bilingual:
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, handling high-volume inquiries and complaints in both English and French.
Must have experience in fast-paced contact centers, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and call center tools.
