The role
An Associate Legal Counsel provides legal advice and support within a team, handling drafting, reviewing, and advising on agreements. They liaise with external legal counsel on contentious issues and interface with various business units to resolve legal matters. The role involves leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and conducting legal research to produce accurate reports and advice. Managing contracts and legal queries using contract management systems is essential, alongside supporting litigation and company secretarial activities. Candidates are expected to have 12-18 months of legal experience and relevant qualifications such as LPC or equivalent, with a professional legal degree preferred.
