Business Development Manager – Employability

The role involves identifying and engaging local employers to source employment opportunities for unemployed individuals, promoting tailored employer services, and collaborating with internal teams to match suitable candidates to vacancies. The candidate will lead recruitment activities including pre-screens, group sessions, and candidate shortlisting, while proactively promoting individuals to prospective employers. Analysis of local labour market trends and establishing long-term partnerships with employer accounts are essential duties. The role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and a sound understanding of employment trends, alongside a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel. The position is full-time, permanent, based in Manchester, with a salary of up to £40,000 and an uncapped bonus.
