The role
A proactive business analyst is required to support reporting automation, process improvements, and dashboard development in Sheffield. The role involves gathering and documenting requirements, migrating manual reports to central dashboards, and enhancing workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, deliver training, and produce documentation, ensuring best practices in reporting and process optimisation. Knowledge of risk and control frameworks and cyber security is desirable, along with experience in financial services or Agile delivery. Technical skills include data visualisation, API integrations, and managing multiple data sources, involving cross-functional team support within a consulting environment.
