Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Be the primary liaison between Finance and IT to deliver robust financial system solutions by translating business needs into actionable requirements. Manage end-to-end initiatives aligned with the Finance Capability strategy, including design, testing, deployment, and change management. Partner with stakeholders to identify issues, propose alternatives, assess risks, and document clear solution designs. Provide documentation, end-user training, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of implemented solutions. Develop proficiency in SAP, SAP S/4HANA, and other ERP systems while supporting O2C, P2P, and R2R processes. Demonstrate proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or on cross-functional teams while advancing PBM culture.
