Present oil change options and recommended services based on manufacturer guidelines.
Build trust and develop loyal customers through knowledgeable, courteous service.
Assess customers' needs quickly and efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Work as part of a customer-focused team, keeping strong product and service knowledge up to date.
Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, and climbing stairs; full mobility and manual dexterity required.
