The role
Solve complex user challenges by delivering elegant, user-centered workforce technology solutions.
Plan and conduct user research, then synthesize findings into personas, journeys, and opportunities.
Create usable, accessible designs across desktop and mobile, informed by product capabilities and brand guidelines.
Produce high-fidelity wireframes, flows, prototypes, journey maps, and design specifications for hands-on development.
Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to ensure design fidelity and timely delivery while validating with users.
Stay current with UX trends and contribute to scalable design systems and best practices across engagements.
