You'll design and ship AI-powered workflows to automate support processes and empower advocates with intelligent tools.
You'll build scalable ML systems that blend language models, agents, and real-time insights into production-ready solutions.
You'll prototype ideas using modern AI frameworks, including prompt tuning for LLM-based workflows.
You'll collaborate with product, design, and platform teams to translate support requirements into scalable AI capabilities.
You'll maintain high code quality, comprehensive docs, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
You'll stay curious and responsible, balancing innovation with customer experience and responsible AI practices.
