The role
Lead end-to-end mixed-methods UX research to inform product strategy and improve user experiences.
Design and execute high-quality qualitative and quantitative studies across the product lifecycle, including foundational research, concept testing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Own research projects from scoping and study design through recruitment, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights that influence product direction and design.
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional partners, balancing rigor with speed.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities that enhance decisions and user outcomes.
