The role
Lead and grow a team of data scientists and ML engineers to design, develop, and deploy traditional data science and Gen AI applications supporting finance-focused outcomes.
Build and train models on large retail datasets using open-source and in-house tools to solve specific business problems.
Develop domain expertise in NLP, LLMs, time series forecasting, and recommendation systems across retail and e-commerce.
Drive end-to-end model development and system delivery, from experimentation to scalable deployment.
Collaborate with clients and peer teams to enable cross-functional projects and foster strong relationships.
Stay current with research, design AI/ML/DL architectures, and operate scalable solutions—with a focus on delivering measurable business impact from Sunnyvale, CA.
