The role

The Industrial Engineer I, Supply Chain supports engineering initiatives across warehousing and delivery operations, coordinating with site management on project life cycles from audit to implementation.
Performs time studies, data collection, analysis, and reporting to identify efficiency gains and optimal labor utilization.
Maintains Engineered Labor Standards (ELS) and Labor Management System configurations, including training field teams on methods and tools.
Analyzes operations using multiple systems (WMS, LMS, transportation, telematics) with SQL queries and data mining to drive process improvements.
Produces engineering documentation (SOPs, prescribed methods, work instructions, process and travel maps) and supports ergonomics, safety, and throughput goals.
Collaborates with field operations and corporate teams on benchmarks, performance audits, and special projects, with up to 75% travel and a fast-paced environment.
