The role
Architect and deliver novel, production-ready ML systems focused on Messaging & Notifications, including recommendation engines, ranking, and intent detection.
Leads the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML services—from concept to production.
Mentors and grows engineers across ML, data, and product teams, fostering engineering maturity and best practices.
Champions the use of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create transformative AI experiences and new product capabilities.
Owns technical direction, sets standards for performance, reliability, and scalability, and communicates complex concepts clearly across teams.
This remote-eligible role requires collaboration across disciplines and a drive to turn visionary ideas into impactful, measurable results.
