The role
The IT Manager at StarVale is responsible for leading and supporting the IT team, ensuring technical excellence, and managing the planning and delivery of IT projects. The role involves maintaining and improving core systems, safeguarding data security, and implementing engineering best practices. The successful candidate will work with stakeholders to meet business objectives, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. They will oversee team development, workforce planning, and technical decision-making while ensuring operational efficiency. Essential skills include experience in managing multidisciplinary teams, database management, and project delivery in medium-to-large scale environments. Candidates with expertise in IT leadership, and knowledge of ISO27001 and PCI controls, are highly desirable.
